Travel Info Best hotels memorial Day weekend? Travel Tips The Courtyard Marriot on 7th and F is nice. I stayed there a few months ago when my friend was in down visiting. Great place and it was actually an old bank. Downstairs the vault is still there. 15 minute walk from the White House and that whole area. Others Embassy Suites in DC is really nice. It's more in the Dupont Circle, Farragut North area than the downtown. If you're looking for something a little cheaper, you should try Crystal City, Virginia. The Yellow and Blue line on the metro are right there and a whole bunch of big name hotels are within blocks (like Marriot, Hilton, etc.) Are you looking to be in the city itself? Looking for something that won't break your budget? Looking to be near a certain site? |
