Travel Info What are 3 of the first american automobiles that are on display in the Smithsonian hall of transportation? Travel Tips The Smithsonian has about 15 separate museums! I just happen to have a booklet, which lists some of the exhibits. The Museum of History and Technology houses the "Hall of Road Transportation", which includes a Model T(1913), 1950's Buick, and early Mack Trucks (1920's) Also, the Smithsonian has "loaned out" dozens of it's early automobiles to other museums around the country.
