FYI: Baltimore has two potential outlets for tobacco smoking accessories: Doc's Tobacco Products & Accessories (18+, enforced) 3721 Eastern Avenue 410-327-3676 Just across the street is a place called Firefly that may prove useful as well. Firefly 3716 Eastern Avenue 410-732-1232 Others The Senators and Congressmen buy their bongs and papers in thier home districts. In Georgetown, a section of DC, there use to (maybe its still there) call Electromax. They were (are) on M st. |
