At what time does the DC beltway become heavy with traffic on a friday afternoon? |
Travel Info I will be traveling through this area and I want to know if I should try to avoid the beltway. Travel Tips It's a parking lot from about 3:30 PM to About 6:30 PM. Other Travel Tips Avoid the beltway at all cost if you are not familiar with the area. Traffic can be backed up for hours at a time, bumper to bumper. Between the hours of 6-10 am and 3and7pm. They have soo many accidents out there from folks speeding or trucks turning over. Stick to your interstate highways. |
