Can you take pictures at the Smithsonian muesum? |
Travel Info I was wondering if they allow visitors to take pictues while at the museum. (Washington D.C.) Travel Tips Yes. I was just there this past week and snapped hundreads of photos. Suggestion, take a camera with a good flash as the lighting inside the museums is not that great... not sure if that is on purpose or not. Also, I only went to the Natural History and the Air and Space. Others yeah, i'm pretty sure they do. I've been to the Air and Space Museum and I took lots of pictures. yes At the Smithsonians, you can take photos. However, it should be noted that not all the museums in D.C. are Smithsonian museums. For example, unless you get official permission ahead of time, you can't use cameras in the Holocaust Museum. we took some a couple of years ago, so i suppose you still can. absolutely, but take your own camera. Buying them there are a big mistake ! yes |
