Travel Tips hey, it depends on a few things: 1) is it a letter, did you mail it first class from the post office? 2) is it a package you sent via Fed Ex or UPS ? both of those from their website have transit (delivery) times/estimates. For most standard packages mailed thru the post office, you can figure about 3-4 business days. If it was sent via media mail, that generally takes a little longer. When you say Washington, i'm assuming you mean Washington DC (since that is the category you posted in) and not washington state. Others More info. needed for an accurate short answer. If you sent it by Express Mail, it will (should) take only one day. Priority mail should be 2 days. First class mail 3 days. 4th class, also called parcel post, would take a week. Of course, you might not have used the USPS at all. |
