Where can i find hilal food in DC area?

I assume you mean halal food, since I've never heard of hilal food (though it may be just a valid different spelling since the original word is arabic, I think). There are a number of places, particularly in the suburbs. I'm most familiar with places in Vienna. There's a wonderful Lebanese market and restaurant just past the Vienna Inn on the right, when traveling toward Tyson's corner.
