Where can one find the most senic view of Leesburg, VA at nighttime?

I would like a senic place to drive to to find a good view of the lights of Leesburg, VA at night.

Leesburg is relatively flat and any views of the city would have to be from the high ground on the West and South sides of town.

You're kidding, right? Ok if you really want an answer, well there's not too many high points around L'burg. There's the hill in Tavistock Farms over by the airport, off Sycolin. (cross roads are Tavistock Farms Dr and Duncan.) And then I guess the only other times I see something at night would be heading east on the 7/15 bypass coming from Purceville. i don't know the exact point but that's the only other high point close to L'burg that I can think of
