Can I take the meto train, or bus to seattle washington, and could you tell me about how to reserve, or where to reserve hostels in Washington D.C.

Ummm, well a trip between Seattle and D.C. would be a long one unless you fly since they are on opposite sides of the country. As far as hotels in D.C., I would go to Alexandria Virginia. The hotels would be cheaper, and it is only a few miles south of D.C. which could be traveled using the local transit system. The sysem includes both buses and the rail.
