Travel Info Anyone know the best time to visit Colonial Williamsburg? If you live there I envy you.? Travel Tips I live only about 25 miles from Colonial Williamsburg. The best time to visit Colonial Williamsburg is during the months of November and December. The hot ginger beard, maple trees during the early part of November is usually at it's peak splendor, fresh hot apple cinder, fresh homemade pumpkin pies, the smell of burning fire places, fresh scent of pine, crisp clear skies, Christmas Caroling (during the month of December), and best of all few tourists which means available parking. If it snows around Christmas, it just adds to the monument. Others Early spring or late fall, because it is brutally hot there. Very nice, tho. |
