Are there any transgender friendly stores or businesses in Washington DC? |
Travel Info I live near the DC area and I believe I might be transgendered. Does anybody know if there is a transgender scene in Washington DC? Thanks. Travel Tips Definitely! Lambda Rising bookstore and Metro Weekly and The Blade newspapers are good places to look for trans-friendly apartments for rent. Lamba Rising is an awesome GLBT bookstore (on CT Ave. in Dupont). There are several GLBT bars/clubs, restaurants, social and political organizations, etc. Check the links below for some links and information.
