What's happening to that apartment/condo complex off of Glebe Rd?

It's right off of Glebe Rd over looking I-395 and Army Navy Golf course. Are they remodling or destroying? And since when did evict the previous tenets?

According to the sign they are remodeling the apartments. Not sure if it will reopen as apartments or a condo building.

It needs the remodeling!
