We just got back from Ireland and we stayed in a really nice B&B in Waterford. It is the Asleigh house. It is near the Waterford Crystal Factory. I recommend it. It was the best B&B we stayed in.

Tramore, Stradbally or Dungarvan are all good places to stay in Waterford. You could also stay in Waterford itself and if you are from waterford you can stay at home.

Theres a 5* hotel on the main street which is getting renovated so you can sleep in the skip outside
