Has anyone ever been to Zacatecas, Mexico? |
Travel Info If you have, where are you from and what do you think of it? I would LOVE to know! THANKS! Travel Tips i've never been to zacatecas but my boyfriend is from there (atitanac aka chachan). since i've been with him i've grown really interested in the city of Zacatecas and Villanueva and the surrounding "ranchos". they look beautiful!!! Zacatecas is basically like any other city in the US except for the architecture, it's very colonial. Villanueva on the other hand is very typical. life there seems really tranquil, there aren't very many problems and the weather is supposed to be great. also there are several attractions in zacatecas such as: el cerro de la bufa, the ruins at la quemada, the new museums, and le mina del eden to name a few. i've been wanting to go but i haven't been able to take off from work :( Source(s): http://www.mexicodesconocido.com.mx/engl... http://www.mexconnect.com/mex_/travel/ac...
